Scott County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a man with Kidnapping, Breaking and Entering, and Aggravated Assault.
Investigators said that Maury Walley allegedly broke into a house and assaulted a victim with a gun, handcuffed them, and beat them.
The Forest Police Department charged Walley with kidnapping and assault for a separate charge that happened at Walley’s office with another victim.
Maury Walley is the owner of Walley Bail Bonding.
His bond has currently not been set.
