According to a report from WLBT, an Engerty worker found skeletal remains behind a furniture store in Pearl this afternoon.
The worker found the skeletal remains around 1:52 p.m. near Ross Furniture.
Rankin County Deputy Coroner Cliff Dunlap told WLBT that officials are working to identify the remains and notify next of kin.
