Tupelo police were notified of a credit card fraud case on September 11.
The victim told police that three suspicious charges totaling over $1,500 were made on their credit card at a store called City Gear (Barnes Crossing Mall).
The investigation following this led detectives to charge 22-year-old Noa Ruff and 20-year-old Mason Gary with felony credit card fraud.
