On October 22, 2021 Kelsey Bradshaw was arrested by the Jones County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult.
Bradshaw was a caretaker of a elderly person and allegedly used that individual’s credit card for unauthorized purchases.
During the investigation it was discovered that Bradshaw allegedly charged over $6,000 on the victim’s credit card over the last several months.
JCSD Sergeant J.D. Carter is the lead investigator on this case.
