A Mississippi Highway Patrolman was taken from the scene by ambulance after flipping his vehicle on Highway 18 Sunday night.
Officials on scene said the trooper will recover from his injuries. The wreck was around the 4600 block of Highway 18 near the Johns community in Rankin County.
