Oxford police have a man behind bars, suspected of a sexual assault.
A release from Public Information Officer Breck Jones says officers responded to a business on Courthouse Square Friday after receiving a call of a sexual battery.
Duane Kelley, 42, of Philadelphia was arrested some time later and now faces sexual battery charges.
Kelley was given a $25,000 bond.
