Jackson State to play three home games on HBCUGO in 2027

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Allen Media Group’s free-streaming digital and television platform, HBCU GO – the leading media provider for the nation’s 107 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) – will tip off its 2027 men’s and women’s basketball schedule on Saturday, January 2, 2027, and will include a 20-game slate running through March.

Jackson State will play three of those dates, all doubleheaders, at the Lee E. Williams Athletics & Assembly Center beginning Jan. 9 against Alabama State, with the women tipping off at 12 p.m., followed at 2:30 p.m. by the men. They return to the network on Jan. 23 against Bethune-Cookman with the same tip times, and will wrap up its appearances on the network with Mississippi Valley State on Feb. 6.

Jackson State opens the season on Nov. 2 on the road at Texas Tech.
