VICKSBURG — Vicksburg police have arrested a second person in connection with an Aug. 18 shooting at the Waltersville Estates apartment complex that left three people with gunshot wounds.
Anthony Nash, 15, was one of the three people wounded in the shooting. He has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to the Vicksburg Police Department.
Nash appeared in court Thursday and received a $70,000 bond.
The arrest is the second in the case.
Davonte Thigpen Jr., 15, who also was wounded in the shooting, was previously arrested and charged as an adult with aggravated assault. He received a $25,000 bond following his Aug. 21 court appearance.
The investigation is ongoing.
