JACKSON — Jackson State University will host its Fall 2026 Career, Internship & Graduate School Expo Thursday, giving students an opportunity to connect with employers and graduate school recruiters.
The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Walter Payton Center, 1400 J.R. Lynch St. in Jackson.
The expo is designed to help students explore career paths, network with professionals and learn about employment, internship and graduate school opportunities.
Representatives from public and private sector employers, along with graduate school recruiters, will be available to provide information and discuss opportunities with students.
LaShanda Jordan, executive director of Student and Career Services, will participate in the event along with JSU students and career representatives.
