JONES COUNTY – A 26-year-old man has been arrested on an indecent exposure charge after authorities say he was caught on surveillance video urinating at the base of a payment kiosk at a local business.
According to the Jones County Sheriff’s Department, Bobby Louge was seen on security footage smiling and waving toward the camera before allegedly unzipping his pants and urinating near the kiosk while standing beside his pickup truck.
JCSD Patrol Division Lt. Jason Mills later arrested Louge at his place of employment.
“You really can’t even make this stuff up,” Mills said.
Louge is being held at the Jones County Adult Detention Facility pending his initial appearance in Jones County Justice Court.
Louge is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
