GREENVILLE – Greenville police are investigating after a man was found dead with apparent traumatic injuries Saturday morning.
Officers responded around 9:10 a.m. July 25 to a report of an unresponsive man at a residence in the 200 block of North Seventh Street, according to the Greenville Police Department.
Police found the victim inside a shed behind the residence. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
The victim was identified as Harold Charles.
Charles’ body was released to the Washington County Coroner’s Office after investigators completed their examination of the scene.
The investigation remains active.
