LAWRENCE COUNTY – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a 22-year-old Lawrence County man who has been missing since Thursday.
Austin Lane Thames of Jayess was last seen about 7:30 p.m. July 9 walking along Jobie Miller Lane in Lawrence County, according to the alert issued on behalf of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
Thames is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds. He has brown and blond hair and brown eyes.
Family members told authorities Thames has a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
