BROOKHAVEN — Two disaster assistance centers will open July 15 in Lincoln County to help residents affected by the May 6 tornado apply for federal aid.
The centers, opening under federal Disaster Number DR-4922, will operate at the Bogue Chitto Fire Department, 357 Monticello St. in Bogue Chitto, and the East Lincoln Fire Department, 3357 East Lincoln Road in Brookhaven.
Both locations will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. They will be closed Sunday.
