UPDATE: Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones announced that 25-year-old Johnny Dixon was arrested and charged with murder.
The victim was 37 years old and was shot during an alleged altercation between he and the suspect inside of a vehicle.
The identity of the victim will be released after family is notified.
