BROOKHAVEN – Brookhaven Animal Hospital is offering free temporary boarding for pets after a tornado impacted the community.
The animal hospital said residents who were affected by the storm and need a safe place for their pets can drop them off while they deal with storm recovery.
The service is being offered at no cost for a couple of days, according to Brookhaven Animal Hospital.
The hospital, located at 1210 U.S. 51 in Brookhaven, is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Brookhaven Animal Hospital said it cannot board aggressive pets.
