Police said the incident occurred around noon in the parking lot of John L’s Restaurant.
According to investigators, the driver was a customer at the restaurant and struck another parked vehicle while leaving the parking lot before driving away from the scene.
Authorities described the driver as a younger white male.
The vehicle involved is believed to be a dark metallic gray 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab with a Z71 Off-Road decal on the rear bedside, chrome side steps and possibly a sunroof.
