JACKSON COUNTY — A Biloxi man has been arrested and charged following an investigation into an alleged inappropriate relationship with a juvenile through social media, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators arrested Jared Michael Boswell, 31, of Biloxi, on April 28 and charged him with one count of grooming a child and one count of enticement of a child.
Authorities said the charges stem from an investigation launched after allegations were reported Feb. 13 involving Boswell and a juvenile resident of Jackson County.
Boswell is being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center.
County Court Judge Mark Watts set Boswell’s bond at $400,000 on the two charges, officials said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
