HINDS COUNTY – Two people were killed on Highway 18 just west of Raymond high school in a head-on collision early this morning.
According to Hinds County Coroner Jeramiah Howard, the crash happened around 4:19 a.m.
The driver of the SUV, a 51-year-old female was deceased at the scene. A passenger in her SUV was transported to the hospital with injuries.
She was identified as Ursula Hunley from Terry.
The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to the hospital and died at the hospital. He was 29-years-old, according to the coroner.
He was identified as Justin Campbell from Ellisville.
Their identities have not yet been released. We will update as soon as we know more.
