Last Call Sports Bar is asking the community to help support people in need through a donation drive aimed at helping Jackson’s homeless population.
The business has launched “Project Feed the Homeless” and is collecting donations through April 6 at its location on Ridgewood Road.
Organizers are asking for nonperishable food items, basic toiletries and bottled water. Needed items include canned goods, dry goods, soap, toothpaste and deodorant.
Donations can be dropped off during regular business hours at Last Call Sports Bar, located at 6381 Ridgewood Road in Jackson.
The business said its team plans to distribute the donated items to members of the local homeless community on April 6.
Last Call Sports Bar said every donation, no matter the size, can help make a difference.
