Today mainly afternoon shower and thunderstorm chances are expected in the southeast. By late Thursday into Friday, better chances for organized rain and thunderstorm activity will spread into our region. Then over the weekend, a stronger system could bring additional rounds of storms Saturday into Easter Sunday. Dry weather is expected Tuesday and Wednesday.
Warmer than normal temperatures will continue through Saturday. Cooler temperatures are expected Sunday and Monday in the wake of a cold front. Temperatures will warm back up Tuesday and Wednesday.
