KOSCIUSKO – A 16-year-old girl died after a stabbing Monday afternoon on Lucas Street in Kosciusko, according to Breezy News.
Breezy News reported that Attala County Coroner Sam Bell identified the victim as Nina Dillon, 16, of Kosciusko. She was taken to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Attala, where she was later pronounced dead.
According to Breezy News, the stabbing happened during a fight involving Dillon and 15-year-old Ta’khia Fletcher on Lucas Street.
Breezy News also reported that Fletcher was being held without bond at the Leake County Correctional Facility and had been charged with murder.
