The sheriff’s office said multiple 911 calls came in around 6:09 p.m. reporting shots fired at a trail ride being held in Dundee on Dubbs Road by Muddy River Delta Farm.
Deputies and first responders were dispatched to the scene, where they found two people suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Authorities said both victims were treated at the scene by Pafford and then transported by Wings by Pafford AirOne to hospitals for further treatment.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
