ADAMS COUNTY – One of Adams County’s Most Wanted individuals turned herself in to authorities Monday afternoon, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
Terrinika L. White, 33, of Natchez, surrendered at the Adams County Sheriff’s Office on March 2 at approximately 2:30 p.m.
White was taken into custody on an indictment and processed into the Adams County Jail. Authorities said she was later released after posting a $5,000 bond.
According to the sheriff’s office, White faces charges that include false pretense, simple assault on a law enforcement officer and felony fleeing.
White is scheduled to make her initial court appearance March 5 at 9 a.m. in Adams County Circuit Court.
Sheriff Travis Patten encouraged individuals with outstanding warrants to turn themselves in and address their legal matters through the court system.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office said it remains committed to locating and apprehending individuals wanted for criminal charges in the community.
