JACKSON – Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a 35-year-old man reported missing from a personal care home in Jackson.
Larry Layton, 35, was last seen at St. David’s Personal Care Home in the 3000 block of Capitol Street. Officials said he walked away from the facility.
Layton is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds. His clothing description at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
Authorities said Layton has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.
Anyone with information on Layton’s whereabouts is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately.
