PEARL – The City of Pearl will hold an amnesty day Feb. 28, 2026, offering people with contempt warrants related to unpaid fines a chance to resolve their cases, officials said.
The event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Pearl Court Records, 2561 Old Brandon Road, according to information released by the city. Officials said that with an in-person appearance, contempt warrants due to unpaid fines will be removed and any additional contempt fines will be forgiven.
Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier’s checks, money orders and credit or debit cards, officials said. Personal checks and peer-to-peer payment services such as Cash App, Venmo and Apple Pay will not be accepted.
