OMA — A man has been served with an arrest warrant in connection with an armed robbery at Ram’s Cafe in Oma, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office said.
Sheriff Ryan Everett said Leonard Kairieke Rhymes was served with the warrant today, Jan. 8, 2026. The warrant stems from the Dec. 28, 2025, armed robbery of Ram’s Cafe, formerly known as Bertha’s.
Everett said the evidence in the case is “extremely conclusive,” but emphasized Rhymes is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
