JACKSON — Jackson police are looking for two suspects after four people were shot outside a nightclub early Thursday, authorities said.
The shooting happened around 2:45 a.m. Jan. 1, 2026, outside Pop’s Saloon in the 2600 block of Gallatin Street, according to Jackson Police Department Detective Tommie Brown.
Brown said a fight started inside the club and then moved outside. After the altercation, Brown said two people opened fire and left the area.
Three men and one woman were injured and taken to local hospitals for treatment, Brown said. One of the victims was listed in critical condition.
