DARKHORSE DOGS: Adam and Eve once chained outside and rarely fed or loved, now looking for a loving home

 Cheshire Abbey has the sweetest duo up for adoption.

Adam and Eve came from a house in Terry where the rescue also got an emaciated Great Dane. The rescue was called out again after one of the dogs on the property died of a heat stroke on his chain.

The owner surrendered these two babies to the rescue and they were named Adam and Eve.

Since then, the owner has surrendered all of the dogs chained at his property and promised he would never get another dog.

Adam and Eve are the most grateful dogs you will ever meet. They love being petted and loved on. The rescue described Eve as a dog filled with life and joy. She loves going on outing to events and meeting new people.

Adam started out afraid of his own shadow. He has grown and is learning to have confidence as he learns what it means to be loved.

The rescue stated in a Facebook post,

“Please consider adopting them. We have put them through heartworm treatment & they have been fixed. They are UTD on shots & ready for amazing people to give them homes.”
