4:30 UPDATE: Investigators have confirmed that the search warrants are in connection with the ongoing homicide investigation into the death of William Boland, who was found dead in a Byram hotel room in July. Boland had been an employee of Piney Woods.
3:30 UPDATE: We have confirmed that the Byram Police Department and other agencies are serving a search warrant in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation. There is no emergency at this time.

There are multiple law enforcement agencies on campus at Piney Woods School as of about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday.
