A 19-year-old was arrested after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Jackson.
According to Capitol Police, the pedestrian has non life-threatening injuries but was transported to a nearby hospital.
Officers gathered information and evidence and found the alleged driver, 19-year-old Rodolfo Padilla.
Padilla was arrested and charged with Failure to Stop and Remain at an Accident resulting in serious injury.
