VICKSBURG — A Jackson man was killed and two passengers were injured early Sunday in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 in Warren County, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded around 12:02 a.m. to the westbound lanes of I-20 near the 6-mile marker, where a 2012 Honda Accord had overturned after losing control in the roadway.
The driver, 31-year-old Manus Dace of Jackson, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers were transported for medical treatment. Fred McGee, 32, of Jackson, was airlifted to the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Okang Oko, 52, also of Jackson, was taken by ambulance to UMMC.
The crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
