The Pearl Police Department’s Special Operations Division has arrested Natzaveen Vaughn, a suspect wanted by the Jackson Police Department on a capital murder charge, officials said.
According to Pearl Police, officers located Vaughn in Pearl and took him into custody without incident. He was later transferred to Jackson Police for further investigation and processing.
Pearl Police said the operation was conducted in coordination with the Jackson Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service. The department emphasized its ongoing commitment to partner with other agencies to remove violent offenders from the streets and protect residents in Pearl and surrounding communities.
