The Corinth-Alcorn Animal Shelter has the sweetest, biggest guy who needs a home. Adorable Nelly is the most loving dog. He is a 4-year-old, 72.4-pound sweetheart with a heart as big as his size.
Though Nelly may appear large and strong, his personality is nothing short of gentle and affectionate. Staff at the shelter describe him as a “gentle giant” who greets everyone with warmth and kindness.
Nelly is not only handsome with his striking features, but also well-mannered. He knows how to sit and will happily shake your hand as if to introduce himself. His calm, sweet nature makes him a joy to be around, and he gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs.
“He’s the type of dog who doesn’t just join your life—he makes it brighter,” the shelter shared. “He’s loyal, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s best friend.”
