The Richland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest connected to a felony shoplifting case.
Investigators say they are working to identify the individual and encourage anyone with information to come forward. Those with details are urged to call the Richland Police Department at 601-932-3100 and ask to speak with Detective Mullins.
