Four people were injured in a shooting late Saturday night in Greenville, prompting an ongoing investigation by the Greenville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched around 11:30 p.m. on June 14 to the 1500 block of South Colorado Street after receiving reports of multiple people being shot. When officers arrived on the scene, they found that the victims had already been transported to Delta Health Systems by private vehicle.
According to investigators, the shooting occurred near the intersection of Reed Road and South Colorado. The victims include two males and two females, all of whom sustained injuries. Their conditions have not been publicly released.
The scene was secured by police, but details about the circumstances of the shooting have not yet been disclosed, and no suspects have been named at this time.
