A deadly crash involving two 18-wheelers has shut down both southbound lanes of Interstate 59.in Hattiesburg.
The crash is approximately 1.5 miles south of Hardy Street.
According to the Hattiesburg Police Department, one person was killed in the crash.
Drivers are asked to avoid this area if possible as first responders work to clear the scene.
