The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office just announced the launch of the 2025 Warriors Program Summer Camp, a free opportunity for local middle school students to engage, learn, and have fun this summer.
The camp will run Monday through Friday, June 2–13, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will be held at Raymond Elementary School, located at 417 Palestine Street, Raymond, MS.
This free camp is open exclusively to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who live in Hinds County. Kids will enjoy a variety of activities, including:

Fun activities designed to foster teamwork and leadership
Sheriff Tyree Jones said that the Warriors Program is focused on building positive relationships between law enforcement and local youth, helping to bridge gaps and create stronger, safer communities.
Space is limited, and families are encouraged to register early to secure a spot.
