A Saucier woman has died as a result of a Tuesday crash in Harrison County.
On Tuesday, February 18, at approximately 3:40 p.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Highway 49.
A 2003 Toyota Echo driven by 44-year-old Tomika Lane of Saucier and two juvenile passengers aged 14 and 15 years old, traveled south on Highway 49 when it collided with a 2015 Honda Odyssey driven by 25-year-old Brianna Cruthirds, of Saucier, traveling west from Nobles Road.
Tomika Lane, the two juvenile passengers, and Brianna Cruthirds were transported to a local hospital. Tomika Lane later died at the hospital.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
