UPDATE: Arrest made // McComb PD seeks person of interest in sexual battery of a minor

UPDATE: McComb police announced Pastor Kuri McCray was arrested for sexual battery on Tuesday, May 10.

A warrant has been issued by McComb Police for the arrest of a suspect in a sexual assault case.

On May 6, 2022 at approximately 12:40 hours Officers responded to Southwest Regional Medical Center E.R. in reference to a Sexual Assault on a minor.

During the course of the investigation and after talking with witnesses and the victim it was determined that Kuri K. McCray was the primary suspect in the sexual assault.

Pastor Kuri K. McCray maybe in the Pike County or Walthall County area. Anyone with information to the whereabouts of Pastor Kuir K. McCray, please contact the McComb Police Department at 601-684-3214 or Det. John Glapion at the same number.
