Jones County Wanted Suspect Surrenders

Mary Apel

Jones County Sheriff’s Dept reports that James Boleware, 25, of Moselle, surrendered himself to deputies today. Boleware has been on the run since Christmas Day.

Bolware was wanted on ‘Grand Larceny and Burglary – Breaking and Entering a Dwelling’ charges after he and another suspect had broken into a residence on Christmas Day. An accomplice in both crimes, Clarence Norris, was captured and charged soon after the crimes were committed.

JCSD deputies and investigators had been searching for Boleware, including making contact with numerous area residents to determine where he may have been hiding out.

James Boleware is currently incarcerated at the Jones County Adult Detention Facility pending his initial appearance in Jones County Justice Court.

Jones County Sheriff Joe Berlin notes, “Great job by our deputies and investigators in keeping the pressure on Boleware leading to him surrendering.”
