Barrera reportedly spent the night with an unknown friend on Sunday.
Efforts to reach him by cell phone overnight and today have been unsuccessful with his cell phone apparently turned off.
Cesar Angel Barrera is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’ 7” in height, with black hair, and brown eyes. His hair is shorter than pictured now.
