According to Vicksburg News, around 10 p.m., a vehicle hit a deer on Fisher Ferry. It then attacked a passenger of that car.

Vicksburg News said that the car had minor damage on the fender and police say the deer was knocked out by the impact.

As they got out of their vehicle, the deer suddenly woke up.

The 9-year-old in the car, Aria, said that she was just standing in the door and the deer came up and tried to come inside of the car and hit her.

Aria was okay and didn’t have to go to the hospital.

According to Vicksburg News, numerous Sheriff’s Deputies including David Culbertson responded to the call. The Fisher Ferry fighters also responded.
