Brookhaven Police Asking For Public’s Help Finding Stolen ATV

The Brookhaven Police Chief is asking the public to help find a stolen ATV.
On February 6, officers responded to an armed robbery in the area of Ole Brook Rd and South First Street.
Contract workers were working in the area when a black male dressed in a black hoodie walked up to one of the workers with a firearm demanding his Can-Am side-by-side ATV. He got into the ATV and drove off.
The ATV is blue with a black top.
A suspect has been identified and charges are pending but the ATV has not yet been located.
Police Chief Kenneth Collins said,
“I am asking the public for their assistance in finding this ATV. If you will check your property and make sure it is not being hidden on or near your property. Anyone caught riding or hiding this ATV will be charged. If you see the ATV or have any information involving this case please contact the Brookhaven Police Department at (601) 833-2424 This is an ongoing investigation.”
