A Brandon man was arrested for three counts of Gratification of Lust.
35-year-old Kenneth Petty (AKA Bubba) was arrested Wednesday (July 27th) by the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department.
Petty’s bond was set at $150,000 and he was booked into the Rankin County jail.
He bonded out on August 2.
According to Byram Police Chief David Errington, Petty was arrested in April of 2016 for Gratification of Lust on a 9-year-old victim.
The Hinds County DA’s office would not prosecute due to lack of physical evidence and he was not convicted.
