Arrest made in Wednesday murder in Jackson

An arrest has been made in the Wednesday shooting death of Terrance Jones.

According to Jackson Police Department, William Marshall, 33, was fatally shot at the Pine Ridge Gardens Apartments In the early hours of May 10 after being involved in an argument with multiple people.

Police say just before 8:30 a.m., William Marshall was arrested on charges of Murder and Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle.

Marshall’s arrest and the incident occurred in the 200 block of Rebelwood Drive. Anyone with any additional information relating to this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 601-355-8477 or the Jackson Police Department at 601-960-1234.
