On May 12, around 8 p.m., two juveniles—aged 16 and 13—along with an 18-year-old, all from Memphis, wore ski masks and used pepper spray to subdue a DoorDash driver, then stole the victim’s vehicle at gunpoint.
The 16-year-old is now in custody and will be prosecuted as an adult.
The 13-year-old will be charged in youth court. The 18-year-old remains at large and will face felony charges for his involvement.
This investigation was a collaborative effort between the District Attorney’s Office and Olive Branch Police Department.
