A woman was arrested Sunday after her employer called police claiming she had stolen merchandise from the store.
A release from Oxford Police Department states that officers were called to Rebel Rags on Jackson Avenue to take a report about an employee stealing.
The suspect was Braelynn Moore, 19, of Farmington, Missouri. Because she was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise, she was charged with felony embezzlement.
Moore was issued a $5,000 bond by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.
