According to WLBT, a 28-year-old man was shot and killed in Canton over the weekend on Sunday.
This is the city’s third homicide of 2024.
Canton Police Chief Otha Brown told WLBT that they were called around 11:00 p.m. about a man who had been shot on Ricks Drive.
The victim was identified as 28-year-old Temikal Perry. He was taken to Madison Merit Health where he died.
