A 17-year-old gas station clerk was shot to death in Crystal Springs, according to Police Chief Tony Hemphill.
He has been identified as Bashar Ali Abublla Mohamed.
The shooting happened last night (Monday, November 28th) around 11:30 p.m.
According to Chief Hemphill, the Exxon gas station was new to the city and had just opened last Tuesday.
It sits on Highway 51 and West Marion Avenue.
Chief Hemphill said that a possible suspect vehicle is a gray minivan. There is video footage of the vehicle leaving the scene from a nearby business.
